NOTALF, a term coined by HartBeat Ensemble in Hartford, CT, is a program which allows art to become more accessible to lower-income communities.

Simply put, NOTALF gives people the opportunity to own original artwork who might not otherwise have that opportunity.

You don't need any special reason to utilize NOTALF. Maybe you're searching for a gift for someone important to you but you're having a hard time as it is feeding yourself. I get that.
